TCM constructed a 7,500 ton chilled water / 7,500 KW emergency generation plant to support vivarium and laboratory facilities on M. D. Anderson’s south campus. This project connected 5 facilities with chilled water piping and controls to allow increased redundancy and efficiency of the campus energy production.

Accomplishment: The Central Plant finished three (3) months ahead of
schedule and $1.4M under budget.
