The Utilities and Energy Services (UES) scope of work for the Corps Dorm Renovation project is truly a 50 year infrastructure replacement which consists of replacing and upgrading all thermal and domestic water trunk lines and valves for distribution. Simultaneous construction and installation of a new electrical and data duct bank for future replacement work shall be completed throughout the Corps Mall area. Project Management Role: Overall – Lead the transformation of a portion of the UES department from a “maintenance and response” group into a “new construction” division while undertaking a critical renovation to the University’s most notable and historical group housing. Project Specific – Integrate all UES required activities into the overall project schedule while maintaining an internal project schedule with resource and equipment planning. Ensure coordination and compatibility with seven stakeholder departments through meetings,written correspondence, status reports, and photographs.
