Description of Project: White Creek Apartments is part of a Texas A&M University Master Plan to add an ambitious 4,000-bed student housing complex, including apartments, traditional residence halls, structured parking, and a commons building on roughly 36 acres on the College Station Campus.
The project scope, developed through a Public-Private Partnership on a long-term ground lease with the University, includes the design, construction and financing for the new west campus facility. Texas A&M University Housing and Residence Life will manage the facility upon completion.
